Hello aspirant,
To get a seat in any IIITs you need to qualify JEE mains and the eligibility criteria is as follows:
  • The candidate belonging to general category must score atleast 75% aggregate in 10+2 or it's equivalent and the candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWDs must score atleast 65% aggregate in 10+2 or it's equivalent from a recognised board.

JEE mains is conducted twice a year in January and April.The applications will be opened for IIIT admission after the declaration of results in their respective websites.You need to go through their website once.
However IIIT-Hyderabad, IIIT-Delhi, IIIT- Bhubaneswar also conduct their own entrance exam for various B.tech level entries.
