Both the college are private and good in providing students good academic course and teachers .Also ample of opportunities for the students.MIT Pune is known to be best college in Pune,it has good placement cell and well known companies visit the college.The average package for BBA student is about 3.5-4.5 lakh per annum.In other case Jagran lake college is known to be a good college in central india for BBA.Being a new college ,placement are decent here and also the academic curriculum is awesomes.You may choose any college depending on your choice and requirement.I hope it helped
