Dear aspirant!

Hope you are doing well ! Well , 3 lakh + rank is not considered even a decent rank . It's too low , you can't get any nit and iiits . Also there are almost zero possibilities to get any government college ,now take a drop and get a good percentile next year otherwise do work hard by taking admission in any private universities like LPU , Chandigarh University,upes etc .
