If you have to choose between NIFT Delhi and NIFT Mumabi .Then I would suggest you to go for NIFT Mumbai by considering the career as priotity . Because in mumbai you will get a large no. of opportunities and chances to get some field works are  more there. 

On the other hand NIFT delhi is also  good .Both the NIFTs have thier own profits to opt choose wisely based on your priority.
