First of all, heartiest congratulations for your good marks.
Your rank is good enough, but you can't get government colleges. There are renowned private engineering colleges that provides quality education and placements. You can definately get seat in Institute of Engineering and Management in electrical and electronics engineering, civil engineering. In computer science the chance is less.
Apart from IEM, Heritage Institute of Technology is also good. You can definitely get Computer science there.
So, wisely choose your college in the counseling round. This is the most important thing.
