See the marks u have scored in the NEET exam is too low and as u are from general category so u won't be able to grab u a seat in a good private Institution under normal admission procedure. U should be going through the management quota to pursue ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under MBBS courses. I m providing u a link for ur help.
