Ramadevi Women's  university is the first women university and a premier institute for all women in the State. Teachers and administration are good. For Ranchi Women's College, Teacher's are well qualified with PhD degree. Teacher's are here like a friend so relationship is just as friend. The standard of teaching is upto the mark. The basic eligibility criteria is

• Only Women candidates can apply.
• The minimum eligibility for admission to UG classes (+3) shall be +2 or equivalent
• A student who wishes to apply for +3 Sc. Honours (Botany/Zoology/Biotechnology) should have Biology at +2 level.

BSC Biotechnology is a 3 years undergraduate course.
Aspirants seeking admission to 3 year Full-time B.Sc. Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.
Pass in 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English with a minimum of 50% marks from any recognized board.
