IPHM, IPHI and St Steven are all really good institutes and have established a reputation for themselves. They have really good infrastructure staff faculty and other facilities. in the end it depends on which course you like the most and which course you have the passion to progress in. Frankly speaking all this institutes are good. In the end its mainly your choice. External factors like fee structure, cost of living distance from home consider all this and then decide which you want to choose. If you need anything else do revert back.
