Velammal is better college when you compare both .

The placement here is better being around 70 percent average.

The faculty here is better and more experienced.

The infrastrucrure if the college is also better.

So you can definitely choose this college as the education level is good here.

Hi Rohith, in my opinion, psna college is better than Velammal College overall. If you look at all the aspects like infrastructure, faculty, placements etc then psna does look like the better option.

So I would suggest you to research about both and then decide what suits you best.
