Among all of the colleges you have mentioned the best one is pgdav college. It is a great college with excellent faculty. It is the most popular college among all the Colleges you have mentioned. The building is not that big and infrastructure is also fine. But mostly all of the Delhi University colleges do not have very good infrastructure.
