I would give you a Preference Order, as far as CSE Branch is concerned. You may precede as follows

1. RVCE Bangalore/MSRIT Bangalore/BMSCE

2. VIT Vellore CSE

3. VIT Chennai CSE

4. PES Bangalore/Others
