Both are kind of fine. Rajasthan has a well known old SMS Jaipur which has a good patient load, and infrastructure and state’s best faculty. Himachal being a hilly area do not boost patient load to that extent but still it has enough to study. It actually depends where a person is comfortable. If the language and weather of Rajasthan suits him better he may choose it, else Himachal. There is no such special leverage one gets.
