Hello dear!! Aiims Bhopal is no doubt a good college but it is still under construction may of its departments are not well developed till now, Aiims open 5yr ago, it has very good faculties, infrastructure, amazing hostel..
On the Other hand BJMC is one of the oldest  very good top government college of India with well developed infrastructure, faculties, with lots of patients..
So in my View if you belongs to Gujrat then go for BJMC
