BIT DURG is a bit better college than Rungta Bhilai ,fees is affordable for each economic group, more over there is provision of scholarship.  Except for a few courses placement is good .

Range of courses are although better in rungta but faculty in BE are good though not of top quality. 

Over rating for BIT is better than the other one,  so without any doubt you should go for it!
