Sorry to say but on this percentile you would not been offered any of government or even high private institutes. You can either go for April attempt and hope for the best or you will try other private University exams like VITEE and SRMJEE or can take admission on the basis of your class 12th percentage.

i am afraid, if you get 4 marks then you get no college based on your JEE main score, unless you belong to physically disabled person category.

I suggest you to prepare for other exams, or prepare for April exam attempt.

There is no chance of getting admission in any college that accepts jee mains score just by scoring 4 marks in jee mains until you are a pwd candidate.
Therefore i will suggest you to try again in April term jee mains and also appear for different state level Entrance Examination.
