Delhi University has some of the top faculties in India, who are even famous authors. It has also offered some high profile placements to the students pursuing their course over in the colleges affiliated to it. 

If you see the faculty of Computer Science department, Kirori Mal Colleges is the best for this cause. They have mostly PHDs. Not just the faculties, the placements of this college are also very good. The placement cell is very active in bringing oppotunities for internships.

You do also have the option in Hansraj College, Hindu College, Sri Guru Teg Bahadur Khalsa College. These three are also very good. They too have got the best faculties for students.
