Every category has a different cut off marks.

With a score of 515 you might expect a rank in between 37780-38736  as per previous year cut off.

As Cut offs change every year depending  on various parameters like - no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam .

Now ,as you are expecting a  score of   515 marks  in NEET 2020 ,so you can expect your admission in GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE, HALDWANI  or GOVERNMENT DOON MEDICAL COLLEGE, DEHRADUN  ,but as the cutoff changes every year now it all depends up on your luck.
