Both the colleges are governement , and stood at almost same level , but if consider the cutoff criteria because it is generally said that more high is the cutoff , better is the college . In 2018 , the cutoff of Bankura sammilani medical college , bankura has slightly higher cutoff than the north bengal medical college. The total students enrollment is more in bankura medical college and it is older college , i.e. it has been established in 1956 and the other in 1968.

So , bankura medical college is better in various ways.
