Hello, as you have not mentioned your category so I am assuming you to be in general category and at this rank chances of getting top branches like Cs/It/EC in top Nit looks not possible but in top Nit your chances may be in Metallurgy, biotechnology, production engineering.

Also , chances looks good in Nit like Raipur, Hamirpur ,Agartala, Jalandhar,Durgapur and other north eastern Nit like Sikkim ,Nagaland, Silchar.
And you can also look for IIIT like Agartala,Manipur, Bhagalpur,Ranchi,Nagpur,Kottayam, .
