There are many colleges which you can consider like if you have valid Gate score then you can try for NITs, IITs and if you want to get admission in private colleges then the admission criteria may vary like BITs and VIT as they have their own entrance test which you need to give for M.Tech admission.

And it would be better if you could tell which particular college you are interested in and what is your qualification as of now?
