Hello James,with that high rank,you are definitely getting CS into the top NITs and IIITs.NITs like Tirchy,Warangal,Rourkela and IITs like Hyderabad provide degree in CS degree.Because most of the people of SC candidates are most propbably goint to IITs.But since you are concerened about the JEE Mains,i suggest you to check out our sites and compare them.

Jee Mains is conducted by National Test Authority (NTA) for admissions of engineering aspirants to NIT all around the country.
Every year lakhs of students apply for it but only few of them gets seat in any of the NITs all around the country. Also some get the NIT but don't get the branch of their choice due to their lower scoring or category.
With 815 as your rank and SC category you may easily get into some Of good NITs and the may also get the branch of yout choice.
Rest you may also apply for state colleges or universities offering CSC course amd accepting applications through jee maim score, you'l have enough choice.
