Hope you are doing good. Since you have not mentioned any category / reservation, I am assuming you belong to General Category. Therefore with a CRL of 2,10,000, getting into any NITs / IIITs or good government colleges, will be very difficult.
Therefore, it is advisable that either you take a drop year and prepare well and nail your JEE Mains exam next year or take other college specific exams like BITSAT, VITEE, SRMJEE, etc.
