Hello,
With this rank, chances of getting any NIT, IIIT are very low. Also you did not mention your state otherwise i would have considered state quota. However you can get some branches in some GFTIs like:

Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology
Institute of Technology, Guru Ghasidas Vishwavidyalaya, Bilaspur
Assam University, Silchar
