To secure admission in best colleges in Pune around your score you need to check the cutoffs of the previous year in MHTCET.

For this you will have to go with your candidature i.e. your home university, category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, PwD category). So if you belong to mumbai university then it will be your home university and all others will be othaer than home. and if you belong to open category then your overall candidature for looking for cutoffs in your home university will be GOPENH (for general qouta seats) and LOPENH for ladies quota). To look for cutoffs in other universities you can take cutoffs in GOPENO column or LOPENO.

There are state level seats for TFWS and autonomous colleges. So for these go for cutoffs in GOPENS column.
