D. Y. Patil University, Navi Mumbai and Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai are two best institutes to study M. Sc. Food Technology in Maharashtra. D. Y. Patil University also has a good placement record and ICT on the other hand is a brand in itself.

There are around 35 colleges in Maharashtra offering M. Sc. Food Science and Technology but these two are the best in terms of employment.
