Manipal academy of Higher education (MAHE) conducts its own online entrance exam to offer admissions to candidates in the programme that it has an offer. The Manipal Entrance Test (MET) exam, earlier known as Manipal University Online Entrance Exam (MU-OET).

SAAT is a national level entrance examination. It is conducted online for admission to various UG & PG courses of engineering, pharmacy, Nursing, Agriculture, Law, Management, and Hotel Management. This exam is organised by the admission authority of Siksha 'O' Anusadhan.
