which course had highest salary bsc mpc or bca ?

Both of the fields can provide you good salary ranges but in different time frames. If you go for PCM then the most probable occupation you can choose is teaching/ doing research. Now if you do research then you will get handsome salary after it while you join in R&D or any other kind of post.

But if you want to get a job just after Bachelors then I would say you should go for BCA. BCA is a industry oriented course so you will get enough scope to get job in different IT companies. Although the salary may not be that great. For that I would say after BCA you should go for MCA and after completing the course you will find enough scope to work in the field with very good salary and perks.

PCM will take some time to get you job. Now if you are interested in PCM then you should go for it.
