Hope you are doing good. The course of BCA and B.Tech is not much different. B.tech is an engineering course of 4 years and you need to get admission through entrance exam like jEE MAINS or other state wise entrance exams where as BCA is normal 3 years graduation program for computer application. There are slight more opportunity for B.TECH than BCA. If you are looking for BCA or B.Tech within 1.5 lakh it is going to be very hard as a little popular private colleges charge above 1.5 lakhs. You can target the government colleges which is inside your range.
