Both the courses are comparatively good , but as far as the present day situation is concerned the demand for BAMS increased so it has slighter edge over BDS. The amount of salary you tend to expect is quite high in BAMS .After pursuing the BDS course you need some time  to get into good position but where as In BAMS in you will find a lot of scope and the rate of development also increases.
