As per quality both biotechnology and pharmacy are good. In fact there are several colleges that offer prestigious degree on these two course. But in term of  employability pharmacy is better than biotechnology. There is huge pharmacy industry. And By doing B.Pharm you can get an enough job, and after doing M.Pharm you can get better jobs. The research field in pharmacy is also good.
