Both the courses has it's own beauty and advantages. CSE is a course where you will be learning about all the different subjects related to computer science which would include Operating System , Database management systems and many more including AI and Machine learning too.

While CSE in AI or Machine Learning is more like a specialized course where you will be learning more and more about these subjects or the subjects needed and used in them only.

Now if we talk about the job opportunities and future scopes of these subjects, then even though AI and Machine Learning have a great future ahead because of the human-kind's future in automation and intelligence, it is not a hidden fact that if you will go for CSE only, then you have a wide variety of fields open for you where you will be learning various topics of computer science and because of that there will be a vast range of job options open for you in the computer science field.
