You can become a CEO either by opening your own Startup, being the CEO and working to make it profitable or otherwise spend a lifetime in an Organization, work seriously, rise up levels, make signifacant contributions to the organizational structure and profits, and having bit of luck by your side, you might make into the Chair of CEO, Vice President or Director in the Company.

Perhaps, in either case, you need strong academic acclaimations. Being from Science, Arts or Commerce Background, after pursuing your Engineering, B.Com, Law or Science Degree and gaining a work experience, you need to pursue a MBA, preferably from one of the Top Management Institutes in India or Abroad. This would perhaps be the basic education any company would demand from its Chief/CEO.
