Hello dear student,

It's totally depends upon you for which course you want to opt for as both of the degrees are good. But comes with their own perks. If you you think you want to go for a company that is you want to work for a company after getting your graduation degree only then I think you must stop for BTech otherwise if you will opt for BSC then have to go for higher studies because there is is very less scope after BSc specially for biotechnology. Having technical degree is better option because it opens many options for you than simple graduation.
