There are government jobs based on

-> 10th qualification

->12th / equivalent qualification,

-> Degree qualification.

There are many options after 12th, like B.Tech,  Bsc, BBA etc....

Based on your interest you choose your course.

If you are interested in ARMED FORCES - ARMY, NAVY, AIR FORCE then B.TECH will be a great choice.

If you are interested in UPSC (CIVILS) then you can choose, Degree + Upsc coaching simultaneously.

If you are interested in some bank jobs, you should be good at math. So, choose a course related to that.
