The colleges in question no doubt are one of the top colleges in India for Engineering. If you mean to compare the colleges based on the placement record over the past years, I am briefing the details of the placement records below:

The highest package offered to a student of CSE in MNIT Jaipur was 37 lpa. The average package during placement  reached to a whooping 13.36 lpa. This data is for the academic year 2018-19.

Now for the IIIT Sonipat, the highest package offered to a student was 40lpa. The average package of the batch of students considering as a whole was 8 lpa. The exact placement record for the branch of CSE was however not known.
