Following are the list of documents that will be required for Maharashtra state NEET counseling for MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BSMS etc seat allotment -

• NEET admit card 2022

• Copy of the NEET application form 2022

• NEET result 2022/ scorecard

• Nationality certificate issued by District Magistrate/ valid Indian passport /school leaving certificate of Class 10 or Class 12

• Domicile certificate

• Class 10 mark sheet

• Passing certificate of Class 12

• Aadhaar card

• Medical fitness certificate

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

• Caste validity certificate (if applicable)

• Ex-servicemen certificate /actual service certificate (if applicable)

• Domicile of Maharashtra certificate of defense person (if applicable)

• Transfer certificate (if applicable)

• Eligibility certificate for EWS category issued by competent authority (if applicable)

• Disputed area certificate, mother tongue certificate, Class 10 or Class 12 from MKB area (if applicable)

• Parent domicile certificate, Class 10 or Class 12 of candidate from hilly area (if applicable)

• For persons with disability (PWD) candidates - medical fitness certificate of authorised medical board.

• For orphan - respective certificate from the appropriate authority
