see coming straight to the point you won't be getting admission through jee in any of nits or IIITs now since you have appeared to HPCET and compared to jee main you have a good chance to get govt. college through HPCET so you can first try for good government college and in your lower preference you can opt good private colleges with scholarship

You can certainly try for the IIITs or few NITs also like NIT Hyderabad it has an excellent industrial vicinity. These are the top few colleges you can apply for and other than that you can even get colleges under State Government in various states like Jadavpur University, IIEST in West Bengal or Veer Surendra Sai University in Odisha

Thanks for you query. Sukriti according to the JEE MAINS percentile you have there are almost nill chances of getting any government colleges for Btech CSE. You can try private well established institutes like VIT, MANIPAL , SRM. You need to give their entrance exams inorder to secure a seat.
