Hello,

VIT vellore is a private college. So the standards there will definitely be higher than a lot of Maharashtra state run engineering colleges. The standards include facilities, placements, resources and teaching.

However, some colleges like KJ Somaiya, SPIT,. VJTI are just as good as VIT and does provide really good facilities for their students.
