First it depends on your credibility and your college's credibilty to provide that opportunity for abroad placements. Then coming to your question the answer will be mainly COMPUTER SCIENCE and IT but even in IIT'S google recruit from MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL , ELECTRONICS. google is just an example here.
