For Engineering JEE Main is the primary entrance examination if you want to get admission to the engineering colleges in India.JEE Advanced is an entrance test which is taken if you want to  seek admission in one of the Indian Institutes of Technology or IITs.
BITSAT: An entrance exam to get admission into the BIT Pilani.
VITEEE: This test is for entrance to Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT). For Medical NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test):  is the only entrance test in the country level for entrance to medical colleges in India. If you want to pursue LAW ,CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) is for entrance to National Law Universities and other law schools.For Management CAT (Common Admission Test):  is for admission to management programs like MBA.   XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test): This test is for admission to Xavier Schools of Management.For Design NIFT (National Institute of Fashion Technology) Entrance Exam is for entrance to NIFT's designing courses.
