See you can get admission to Biomedical Engineering through any of the examination be it JEE or KEAM. Now as per your interest you have give the admission. If you want to study the Biomedical Engineering from any NIT's or IIT's then go for the JEE examination. If you want to study in the state engineering colleges then you have to go for the KEAM. JEE is a nation level examination which means that if you have a good rank then you can use that rank to get admission in any college accepting the score of JEE all over India. But if you give KEAM then you can only take admission to the colleges present in kerala.
