I would recommend you to join the Mumbai campus of NMIMS. Not only is the faculty obviously better, yes, but also the corporate exposure to companies in Mumbai is much better as its a business hub of India.
Your getting of hostel will depend on whether you have reservation, your past acads, and the like.
