B-tech food technology is better according to me.. this is introduced recently by many-a universities.. it would be quiet interesting o work in such a field.. The only question would be in selection of a good college for doing this...

Food technology, or Food tech for short is the application of food science to the selection, preservation, processing, packaging, distribution, and use of safe, nutritious, and wholesome food.
Food scientists and food technologists study the physical, microbiological, and chemical makeup of food. Depending on their area of specialization, food scientists may develop ways to process, preserve, package, or store food, according to industry and government specifications and regulations

B.Pharma is a field governing formulation of medicines, Research work etc.
All the 3 fields have good scope in terms of career and it would depend upon your personal liking and you need to judge your own flair before choosing one of them. If you are research orented you may opt for Biotechnology. If you intend to do your own business in the filed of foods then F.T would be good. If you intend to do job work in the field of medicine formulation or work in MNC Pharma compaies then B.Pharm should be good (But then you might have to go for M.Pham also).

Pharmacy has a good scope. Studying pharmacy and medicines is a never ending. If you are really interested in medicines then I think pharmacy is the best option. You even have the opportunity of going abroad by studying pharmacy well and you can gain a lot of knowledge and experience.
