Dropping a year again for any competitive exam doesn't increase your chances of getting admission as thought by many.it all depends on the level of your preparation and how much you deliver on the day of exam.

If you are from general category then with this score its difficult to get admission in any good college. May be you will get a private college but still not the best. It solely depends on you what you want. You can go for counselling process and see which colleges you are getting and decide to get admission or give drop. or better you can give drop and prepare more in a better for next year.

At this score you will not get any course at all india level but you at state level you can opt for bvhs depending on your score in state level exam 

As fAr as bams is concerned some states  some states consider neet others take separate exam ,so you can try for that as well .

Private college is also an option if you are willing to pay high fees .

Coming to repeating a year you sh think about it wisely as it merit is increasing each year ,if you are confident to score 570 or above you can think of this too
