As per your marks mentioned your rank would somewhere range around 39425 - 50575.For obc category the minimum percentile in neet to be scored for bams is 45 percentile.whereas on the basis of your marks your percentile would be somewhere range around 96.97-97.47.So, seeing previous year cutoffs and your rank you have pretty good chances of getting govt colleges in up.
