Government college is much better than the deemed medical college because gov/private colleges have less fee than deemed colleges. and also job opportunities are much better in government colleges. Also Government colleges generally have better clinical experiences and it  will have better staff facilities

Depending on the college (Private or Government or deemed) the Exposure that a student may get can differ however it’s also depends on student how they grab an opportunity.
