I would ask you id you are interested in doing jobs outside India then you should go for M.tech since there are not enough jobs in India for Mtech process.You will get jobs after Mtech but the salary is little bit low.However For MBA there are ample jobs available in India and if you can excel well in the job you can get selected in a high profile job for MBA.Mca is also good but the annual income is not that much as compared to MBA.SO in crisp i will ask you to go for MBA.But you should always follow your passion and choose course based on your interest.
