You cannot do Masters directly in Computer Science without doing bachelors. In any of the cases BTech would be a better option in comparison because it is more technical degree and the employers give preference to these people as they have more practical knowledge to employ in work. Bsc+ MSc would be equivalent to BTech in terms of salary and increment opportunities but it would take 5 years in comparison to 4 of BTech. Also generally it is seen that people doing B.tech have better knowledge because they are habitual of lot of pressure and competition. In addition to this it also depends upon the college from which you are planning to take the degree.
