As per requirement of 2020 QC and food processing technology  are in same job scope for food science, As per job portal review 21200 jobs are available all over India for QC and Food processing technology.So for my suggest don't  confusion between them, first you have to decide in which field you are enough good,like your experience,interest,skills is mandatory for any field . so don't worry about job scopes.There are lots of job available now and also for future job will increase day by day because food is more important.you are choose good industry for your carrier.
