Dear aspirant,

There are more than 20 IIITs in India. Here's the top 5 IIITs mentioned according to NIRF Ranking:

IIIT Hyderabad
IIIT Bangalore
IIIT Allahabad
IIIT, Delhi
IIIT, Gwalior

The average fees in IIITs are around 6Lacs including academics and tution charges. It vary from one college to another. Though it's an approximate figure.
